DESCRIPTION: Patek, Philippe & Cie., Geneva, Switzerland, "Calatrava", ref. 3468, 18 jewels calibre 23 - 300, manual winding, adjusted to 5 positions, temperature and isochronism, rhodium plated bar movement with cotes de Genève decoration, lever escapement, free sprung gyromax balance and double roller, in an 18 karat, yellow gold case, the back engraved "With all my love Jean April 22 1965", silvered, brushed finish dial with engraved baton markers, gold baton hands, serial #795312, 33mm, 31.6g TW, c1965, with later lizard grain strap and gold filled buckle.
CONDITION: CASE: Dirty; Minor dings and scratches; Plastic crystal, incorrect height; Crystal with minor scratches. DIAL: Very good, a bit dirty. HANDS: Very good. MOVEMENT PLATES: A few minor scratches and spots, otherwise very good; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks), would benefit from service. Strap and buckle replaced
